Skills

Required

  • German: Full proficiency
  • English: Very strong communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong knowledge of Excel
  • 6–12 months of customer service experience
  • Fluent in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Confident using customer care management tools and Microsoft Office programs
