Logistics Advocacy Lead (government)

This role is for a Logistics Advocacy Lead supporting DoD and federal defense customers, focusing on leading logistics teams, coordinating end-to-end planning, and ensuring successful delivery of logistics activities within a structured government environment. It requires experience in DoD/federal defense settings, program management, and communication with senior leadership.

Skills

Required

  • Master's degree
  • 4+ years of related experience
  • Secret clearance
  • Experience supporting USMC, DoD, or other federal defense organizations
  • Experience briefing or supporting senior government or military leadership

Nice to have

  • Ability to operate effectively in a structured, mission‑driven, and customer‑facing government setting
  • Experience supporting programs with defined task orders, performance metrics, and delivery timelines
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with military, civilian, and contractor personnel
  • Familiarity with Marine Corps organizational structures, operational processes, or logistics/IT environments
  • Understanding of federal acquisition, compliance, or operational frameworks
