This involves preparing logistics paperwork, coordinating with trucking companies, entering data, and resolving transit issues. Required qualifications include a relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong communication and organizational skills, and a detail-oriented mindset. Preferred experience includes familiarity with ERP systems or TMS, and basic understanding of Incoterms. The compensation range is $46,280—$57,850 USD, with additional equity and benefits.

What you'd actually do

  1. Monitor outgoing and incoming shipments to ensure they reach their destinations on time; provide status updates to internal teams and customers.
  2. Prepare and process essential logistics paperwork, including Bills of Lading (BOL), commercial invoices, and packing lists.
  3. Coordinate with trucking companies to schedule pickups and deliveries.
  4. Maintain accurate records regarding shipment costs, transit times, and inventory levels.
  5. Assist in resolving minor transit delays or documentation errors by communicating effectively with vendors and warehouse staff.
