What you'd actually do

  1. Develop automated solutions to improve warehouse efficiency, material flow, and ergonomics.
  2. Partner with automation Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to evaluate, engineer, and implement new technologies.
  3. Support and maintain existing automation systems while assisting with new deployments across facilities.
  4. Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects with operations, engineering, IT, purchasing, and external vendors.
  5. Oversee project timelines, costs, and progress; communicate updates and resolve issues as they arise.

Nice to have

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical and operational issues
  • Thrives in an environment where new technologies are deployed in live operations and not everything works perfectly at first, requiring resilience, adaptability, and hands-on problem solving
  • Experience supporting on-site implementations, including troubleshooting and stabilizing systems during initial startup
  • Exposure to global or multi-site deployments and working with cross-functional teams
