This role is for a Logistics Management Analyst at Northrop Grumman, focusing on managing the repair lifecycle of components, coordinating with repair vendors, and ensuring timely completion of assets and budget accuracy for the AAQ-24 Program. It involves establishing vendor relationships, directing repair distribution, forecasting schedules, and updating systems with repair status.

What you'd actually do

  1. Establish and maintain effective professional relationships with subcontract suppliers ensuring components are repaired within the negotiated turnaround times.
  2. Direct repair distribution by Program directed priorities with subcontract suppliers, internal suppliers, external customers, and internal customers.
  3. Participate in monthly material baseline reviews ensuring supply posture is adequate ensuring support of internal and external customers.
  4. Forecast subcontract LRU and SRU repair schedule on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
  5. Establish accounting budgets for responsible subcontractors in accordance with available funding, statements of works, and program directives.

  • Enterprise Logistics experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance
