Logistics Product Auditor - 3rd Shift

This role is a Product Auditor in a warehouse and office setting, responsible for inventory control, receipt accuracy, supplier discrepancies, and shipment errors. It involves reconciling material, processing purchase orders and freight charges, and communicating with internal and external personnel to meet customer and team needs. Requires experience in a warehouse environment and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

What you'd actually do

  1. perform various reconciliation functions relating to inventory control and receipt accuracy of Caterpillar on-hand material, supplier discrepancies and shipment errors.
  2. perform and coordinate the receiving, expediting, and shipment of customer orders utilizing various systems
  3. enter purchase orders and freight charges
  4. receive material into the system
  5. reconcile various types of shipping and receiving grief along with working and communicating with various departments and personnel, both internally and externally, to satisfy customer and team needs.

Skills

Required

  • at least one year of experience in a warehouse environment including loading/unloading trucks and validating material
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
