We are searching for the best talent for Innovative Medicine **Transcend: **Logistics Transportation Management Technical Product Manager.
Purpose: The SAP TM Functional Expert plays a significant role in shaping and optimizing transportation management processes for our organization. This position is responsible for configuring SAP TM solutions, ensuring alignment between business requirements and technical execution, and acting as a key liaison between business and IT stakeholders. The role is based in the Central European Timezone, with regular regional and international travel including to the United States.
You will be responsible for:
- Configure and customize SAP Transportation Management (TM) solutions, including BN4L and Advanced TM modules, to meet evolving business needs.
- Lead requirement gathering sessions with cross-functional teams, translating business objectives into actionable SAP TM configurations.
- Serve as the main point of contact between business users and IT, facilitating clear and effective communication.
- Identify, document, and raise critical issues appropriately to ensure timely resolution and minimal business disruption.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external teams to drive project delivery, solution adoption, and ongoing system optimization.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP Transportation Management, including configuration and implementation.
- Demonstrated expertise in BN4L and Advanced TM functionalities.
- Proven ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both business and IT partners.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and escalation leadership skills.
