Recruiter specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) talent evaluation and closing within OpenAI's Strategic Initiatives team. This role partners with various departments to assess and integrate talent during M&A deals, requiring strong judgment, speed, and discretion in a fast-paced environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead talent evaluation process from pre-diligence mapping, interview prep, through closing candidates.
  2. Collaborator on People diligence, organizational design, and long-term talent strategy in partnership with HRBPs, M&A People Partner, Corporate Development, Legal, and functional leaders.
  3. Work collaboratively with multiple cross-functional teams across the company, including on post-transaction and integration activities.
  4. Provide strategic partnership to the business and domain Recruiting across various flavors of formal and informal acquisitions.
  5. Flex into other areas of Strategic Initiatives or program manage as needed.
