What you'd actually do

  1. Leading IT due diligence, integration, separation, and transformation workstreams across mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
  2. Assessing client technology environments, identifying risks and dependencies, and developing recommendations for Day 1, TSA, and long-term transition planning
  3. Managing project plans, workstream deliverables, status reporting, and cross-functional coordination with business, finance, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application stakeholders
  4. Developing client-ready materials, including assessments, operating models, roadmaps, and executive-level presentations
  5. Coaching junior team members, managing workstream execution, and supporting business development, proposal development, and practice-building activities

  • 6+ years experience developing integration plans, separation plans, TSA inputs, or Day 1 and Day 100 technology roadmaps
  • 6+ years experience managing project plans, deliverables, stakeholder meetings, and executive status reporting
  • 6+ years consulting or industry experience
