M&a I&d It Senior Consultant

This role supports clients through technology integration and divestiture activities within mergers and acquisitions (M&A). It involves planning, analysis, and execution of IT separation or integration priorities, assessing IT systems, developing workplans, and building business cases for IT synergy and cost reduction. The role requires strong project management, communication, and analytical skills to help clients navigate M&A transactions and achieve their desired IT strategies.

What you'd actually do

  1. Supporting mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures through IT integration and separation planning, analysis, and execution.
  2. Assessing applications, infrastructure, data, and IT operating models to identify Day 1, transitional, and end-state requirements.
  3. Developing workplans, tracking milestones, coordinating dependencies across workstreams, and identifying changes in scope or risks.
  4. Building business cases, financial analyses, and client-ready deliverables to support IT synergy, cost reduction, migration, and rationalization decisions.
  5. Working with managers and cross-functional teams to validate outputs, communicate recommendations, and deliver work aligned to client needs and engagement objectives.
