The Medical Affairs Specialist (MAS) role in Dermatology at Pfizer Japan serves as a scientific expert and point of contact for healthcare professionals (HCPs), medical societies, regulators, and academia. Responsibilities include scientific exchanges, responding to unsolicited medical requests, managing investigator-sponsored research and medical grants, developing and executing the medical plan, identifying unmet medical needs, and fostering peer-to-peer scientific relationships with stakeholders to ensure safe and effective use of products.

What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate with medical stakeholders as a scientific expert for HCPs, medical societies, academia, and other relevant organizations.
  2. Demonstrate medical and scientific leadership and expertise
  3. Develop and execute the medical plan aligned with the medical strategy to meet unmet medical needs in the assigned product(s) and therapeutic area(s) in collaboration with office medical
  4. Establish a highly reliable, long-term relationship with stakeholders.
  5. Align, contribute, and collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders
