Develops and executes medical strategy and projects for marketed pharmaceutical products, including clinical study design, content development for medical activities, and scientific communication. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights, ensure compliance, and provide scientific input into promotional and educational materials.

What you'd actually do

  1. Development and execution of medical strategy:
  2. Clinical study management
  3. Determine the theme and high-quality medical content of national activities including advisory board and expert discussion; Contribute to the theme of medical educational activities and materials.
  4. Understand the recent progress in literature/congress in relevant therapeutic areas and products/competitors, HCP perceptions; Generate insights from the above resources, then integrate and share with cross-functional team.
  5. Establish good communication and cooperation with internal and external customers, including Global and Regional (AP) MAF, R&D (CD, RA, CDTL et al.), ME, MSL, MKT, Sales, PR, BD, Strategic MKT, MKT Access, CRO etc.

Skills

Required

  • Thorough understanding and command of GCP, HCC.
  • Good command of English, fluent at reading, writing, speaking and listening.
  • Thorough understanding and command of product and relevant therapeutic area knowledge.
  • Agile strategic thinking with the development of medical strategy/projects based on unmet needs and aligned with cross-functions.
  • Identify data gaps, and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders for study design/operation/publication to meet the gap.
  • Implement scientific communication with evidence-based medical content/information via multiple ways.
  • Establish trust relationship and collaboration with cross functions, with aligned strategy/responsibilities, providing valued scientific suggestions for the high-quality output.
  • Develop action plan for insight collection and KOL engagement based on medical strategy, establish and maintain collaboration with external customers.
