Product Manager (VP level) for Conversational AI within JPMorgan Chase's Machine Learning and Optimization team. What you'd actually do

  1. Develops a ML/AI product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
  2. Leads AI/ML/NLP projects from concept to delivery, by bringing together ML engineers, software developers, data scientists and designers
  3. Leads AI innovation by incorporating the latest advances in Gen AI, agentic systems, LLMs, Deep learning and NLP into the conversational AI product
  4. Creates and tracks conversational AI metrics in close collaboration with data science teams
  5. Collaborates closely with computational linguists and data annotation teams to create and validate high quality conversational data for training and evaluating ML system

Skills

Required

  • MS/PhD in Computer Science or relevant field, or MBA
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Expert-level NLP and Machine learning experience, specifically in deep learning, LLMs, agentic systems and machine learning
  • Experience in building large-scale AI systems
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver results to stakeholders
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have

  • Publications in AI/ML/NLP conferences and/or patents
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, and leading agile scrum teams
  • Jira experience including epic creation, sprint planning, and other sprint ceremonies
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
