Machine Learning Engineer with experience in Generative AI, responsible for designing, deploying, and scaling production-ready ML models for Adobe Photoshop. The role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to develop user-facing AI features and drive innovation in digital imaging and creative AI.

What you'd actually do

  1. Deliver high-quality, scalable Machine Learning features, owning them end-to-end—from ideation, building, and development to shipping production-grade capabilities powered by Machine Learning models.
  2. Work closely with Engineering, Product Management, and UX teams around the world to build innovative, technology-enhanced “Adobe magic” experiences for users.
  3. Drive innovation in the digital imaging and creative AI space, finding opportunities to apply an AI-first approach to improve product capabilities.
  4. Use modern tools, platforms, and standard methodologies across the SDLC (including experimentation, evaluation pipelines, automation, and observability) to improve system efficiency and developer productivity.
  5. Conduct thoughtful, constructive code and build reviews, with a focus on quality, scalability, and responsible AI practices.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years in software development with Machine Learning
  • Hands-on experience with ML frameworks and generative models
  • Strong C++ development and performance optimisation skills
  • Experience with AI-first engineering and modern SDLC practices
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in Agile, cross-functional environments
  • Strong communication skills

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Passion for innovation in digital imaging and creative AI and staying current with advancements
