This role is for a Maintenance Engineering Specialist at Ford, focusing on leading a team to ensure operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment. Skills

Required

  • High school Diploma or GED or a combination of equivalent experience and education in supervisory, manufacturing, military, or other relevant experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights and weekends
  • Fundamental working knowledge of PLC logic and controls

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, military, or other relevant experience.
  • Experience with Lean / Six Sigma methodology and / or Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) Experience
