工作职责：
精通机器人，自动生产线，AGV，加注设备等生产设备的相关维修维护校准改善工作，能够独立处理设备相关的紧急维修工作。
- 负责自身安全工作，评估安全风险，监督同事的安全行为，识别工作场所安全隐患。
- 通过学习快速了解公司内全部设备设施的工作原理，能够提供维修团队工作的技术支持，保养单优化，备件支持等设备设施维护管理工作。
- 较强的维修技能基础，能够独立做好设备设施较难故障的分析及解决及复杂的维修工作处理，支持及组织团队完成设备设施维修工作，大修工作，技改工作等。
- 支持部门组织各项专业技术培训工作，设备维修经验及新技术的推广应用，组织和实施各项设备改善项目，提高设备效率提高及技术革新。
- 部门相关的文档工作，包含LOTO作业标准，工作单标准化，维护流程管理等等
- 跟踪维修维护质量，设备状态等，进行相关数据分析等
- 支持部门内各项业务单元的工作
- 执行上级安排的各项工作。
- 岗位要求：
- 本科以上学历，机电相关专业。
- 必须具备设备维修相关经验，扎实的理论知识，能够熟练分析及解决设备故障。熟悉机械液压电控原理，自动化控制原理，具备PLC的基础编程及应用能力。
- 具备国家相关部门颁发的低压电工证。
- 具备较强的安全意识；质量意识；有较强的学习能力；良好的沟通能力及协调能力，灵活的思维逻辑。
- 服从工作安排，工作主动积极，细致耐心，较强的责任心及团队精神。
- 具备良好的计算机办公能力及基础英语能力
