This role is for a Maintenance Operator (Electrician) at Caterpillar, responsible for the daily inspection, fault diagnosis, and emergency repair of non-standard automation equipment and production lines. Key duties include maintaining electrical control systems (PLC, inverters, servo drives), handling equipment failures, participating in new equipment installation and modification, and ensuring safety compliance. Requires a technical background in electromechanical or electrical automation, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and familiarity with major PLC systems like Siemens and Mitsubishi.

What you'd actually do

  1. 负责非标自动化设备及生产线的日常巡检、故障诊断与紧急维修，确保设备稳定运行；
  2. 执行电气控制系统（PLC、变频器、伺服驱动等）的定期保养、参数优化及元器件更换工作；
  3. 依据三班倒排班计划，按时到岗处理突发停机事故，快速恢复生产秩序并记录维修日志；
  4. 参与新设备安装调试及旧设备电气改造，协助技术部门优化电路设计以提升设备效率；
  5. 严格遵守安全操作规程，排查电气火灾隐患，落实设备维护保养台账管理要求。

Skills

Required

  • 机电工程、电气自动化等相关专业中专及以上学历
  • 持有特种作业操作证（低压电工证）
  • 3年以上非标设备或重工行业电气维修经验
  • 熟悉西门子、三菱等主流PLC系统
  • 能熟练识读电气原理图
  • 掌握万用表、示波器等检测工具使用及常见故障排除技巧
