Major Account Executive, SMB Sales role at T-Mobile focused on acquiring new business accounts through prospecting, cold-calling, and solution-based selling. Requires meeting sales quotas and demonstrating the value of T-Mobile products and services.

What you'd actually do

  1. Cold Calling: Generate and work leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking up-market.
  2. Customer Needs: Identify customer needs and utilize solution-based selling techniques to fully demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services. Recommend wireless solutions with regard to price plans, data and other enhanced services, handsets, and accessories.
  3. Sales Approaches: Devise creative and effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals.
  4. Deal Negotiation: Negotiate and close deals.
  5. Retail Partnership: Partner proactively with Retail Stores in assigned territory to drive Business Sales results through education on Business Sales products and services and closing on Business Sales leads.

Skills

Required

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Task Management Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast changing environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking
  • Customer Service Demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detail
  • Communication Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Negotiation Effective negotiating and closing skills, including communication, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving.
  • Proposal Writing Experience preparing, delivering, and following-up on product/service proposals and pricing quotations
