Major Enterprise Account Executive

This role is for an Enterprise Account Executive at Amplitude, an AI analytics platform. The AE will act as a strategic partner to large prospective clients, managing complex sales cycles, nurturing client relationships, and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve revenue goals. The role requires significant experience in Enterprise SaaS sales and a track record of driving revenue impact within large organizations.

What you'd actually do

  1. Design and lead a comprehensive strategy, identifying key opportunities to introduce Amplitude to new enterprise businesses.
  2. Manage the end-to-end partnership process, navigating various lines of business (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to align stakeholders on a shared vision.
  3. Move beyond transactional selling to become a trusted advisor. You will conduct discovery, present customized solutions, and guide customers toward high-impact outcomes.
  4. Work as part of an ecosystem—partnering with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Leadership to ensure our customers succeed.
  5. Consistently meet and exceed revenue goals by solving real problems for our customers.

Skills

Required

  • Enterprise SaaS sales experience
  • Experience partnering with large, complex organizations
  • Track record of driving significant revenue impact
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and close significant deals
  • Ability to learn complex technical concepts and tell a compelling story with data
  • History of meeting or exceeding goals and building reliable pipelines
  • Resilient collaborator, adaptable in the face of challenges
