This is a sales role focused on growing new and existing business for Rubrik's Security and AI Operations platform, which includes solutions for data protection, cyber resilience, and enterprise AI acceleration. The role involves defining and executing sales plans, developing sales pipelines, and co-selling with partners.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and execute sales plans within the assigned territory to meet and exceed quota through prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing sales opportunities
  2. Develop and manage a sales pipeline to move a large number of strategic transactions through the sales process
  3. Identify and close new opportunities for growth working with a mix of mid-enterprise accounts.
  4. Co-sell and strategize with partners, distributors and VAR’s to enable rapid growth
  5. Provide management with feedback about the local market opportunity and identification of new business opportunities and channel partnerships

Skills

Required

  • Tech sales experience (selling either IT Infrastructure /SaaS / Security / Storage & backup solutions)
  • Landing net new logos & expanding existing large Tier 1 Enterprise accounts
  • Pipeline generation activities
  • Working collaboratively with inside sales & partners
  • Working with our partners eco system across technology partners, re-sellers and service integrators
  • High-level understanding of customer infrastructures
  • Selling complex solutions
  • MEDDPICC Sales methodology

Nice to have

  • Trained in MEDDPICC Sales methodology highly advantageous
