This role is for a Management Consultant focused on advising C-level clients on digital transformation and customer experience strategies, leveraging Adobe's products and value frameworks. The consultant will work with sales and customer success teams to drive demand, justify investments, and develop value-driven roadmaps. The role involves conducting analysis, leading workshops, and developing presentations to articulate the value of Adobe's solutions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide strategic advice to C-level Adobe customers, predominantly in Western Europe, on delivering seamless digital experiences to customers and employees
  2. Work directly with senior sales, pre-sales, partner and customer success roles across our Creativity & Productivity (C&P) business to drive demand and manage the pipeline engagements
  3. Collaborate closely with customer and sales teams throughout the sales process
  4. Conduct experience qualitative & quantitative analysis, performance benchmarking, return on investment & argument modelling
  5. Lead business value discovery workshops with CxO´s, department leads and practitioners
