Manager 1, Enterprise Direct Sales - Base Accounts

This is a sales management role focused on enterprise accounts, overseeing a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth through consultative selling, upselling, and cross-selling of integrated communication services. The role involves coaching, performance management, sales strategy development, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

What you'd actually do

  1. Ensures and develops a consultative business-to-business sales culture through strong leadership and coaching.
  2. Evaluates effectiveness of Enterprise Account Managers and implements necessary changes to ensure effective customer account management, including upselling/cross selling and new product revenue growth.
  3. Maintains excellent knowledge of Company's products/services, pricing practices and selling skills to effectively manage a team Enterprise Account Managers and deployment of new products and services to grow business within our existing customer base.
  4. Ensures competence and continuity of qualified Enterprise Account Managers through optimum selection, training and development, appraisal and motivation techniques.
  5. Develops, plans and coordinates sale promotions and incentives to meet business goals and objectives.
