Manager, 3pl Quality Improvement

This role focuses on driving quality improvement initiatives within the Final Mile logistics network, using data analysis to identify root causes of installation issues and improve the member experience. It involves cross-functional collaboration with quality engineering, warranty, training, and member support teams, as well as managing timelines and risks for these initiatives.

What you'd actually do

  1. Execute data-driven quality improvement strategy to improve first-time installation success, reduce warranty claims, field failures, swaps, and return rates
  2. Manage timelines, risks, and issues related to quality improvement initiatives
  3. Work cross-functionally with business partners in quality engineering, warranty, training, and member support to drive down installation issues and improve the member experience at delivery
  4. Run weekly and monthly reviews with Final Mile team to identify installation pain points and improvement opportunities
  5. Partner with 3PL Managers to ensure SOP’s are accurate and that the deployment strategy for new SOP’s is clear and trackable

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or comparable field
  • 3+ years leading direct reports to results oriented objectives
  • 2+ years of experience in process development, documentation, and deployment
  • Advanced in Excel, comfortable with large data sets
  • Experience with supply chain systems (Salesforce, Netsuite)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to prioritize and juggle multiple projects to meet deadlines
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, self-starter dynamic environment
  • Experience driving internal influence working cross-functionally on common goals

Nice to have

  • Experience in Looker and Parabola is a plus
  • Demonstration of a growth mindset and team-first attitude
