Manager role within Visa's Money Movement Solutions team, focusing on enabling and growing Visa Direct products for commercial entities. Responsibilities include partnering with clients, owning revenue targets, executing commercial initiatives, identifying growth opportunities, and maintaining client health.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with Visa Direct live enablers (Acquirers, Processors, ISVs, Program Managers) to identify, launch, and scale real‑time payment solutions and commercial initiatives.
  2. Own net revenue targets, client retention, and performance, contributing to MMS EU strategy and commercial planning.
  3. Execute contracted client activities (e.g., marketing initiatives, business development plans) and optimize performance through close collaboration with cross‑functional teams including Marketing, Customer Support, Consulting, Product, and Ecosystem Readiness.
  4. Identify and unlock growth opportunities within existing agreements, including increased adoption, new use cases, additional routes, and expanded wallet share.
  5. Lead account planning and regular performance reviews, delivering actionable insights, addressing stalled programs, and driving sustained transaction growth.
