Manager, Account Management for Uber Eats in Canada, responsible for leading a team to grow SMB merchant selection and revenue through partnership deepening, marketing, and product adoption. This role involves strategic decision-making, cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, operations, and analytics teams, and a focus on improving the restaurant partner experience and achieving revenue targets.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead a team of Account Managers responsible for driving merchant revenue and value on Uber Eats through deepening our partnerships, leveraging Uber Eats tools such as marketing and product adoption, as well as new and innovative initiatives.
  2. You will guide and coach your team in the following areas: - Book of Business (BoB) Management. - Upselling marketing portfolio. - Increase Membership Penetration. - Client Facing Time & Deliverables (Business Reviews)
  3. Work cross-functionally with our Sales, Product, Operations & Analytics teams to improve the Restaurant partner’s experience and achieve revenue targets.
  4. Localizing Strategy – Work with the leadership team across the Eats org to devise and execute the overall strategy for retaining and growing our SMB restaurant partner base
  5. Drive selection - Build the best marketplace for consumers in your cities based on merchant selection

What the JD emphasized
