This is a Manager, Accounts Receivable role at Qualtrics, focused on leading a team of Collections Associates to improve business to business collections and accounts receivable processes. The role involves team leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and process improvement within a financial context.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and mentor a team of Collections Associates, establishing clear performance goals to drive results.
  2. Increase team collection performance by providing guidance and feedback aligned with company objectives.
  3. Directly manage customer accounts with complex collection issues, negotiating payment plans, and resolving disputes.
  4. Drive process improvement by identifying challenges in collections and instituting best practices for the team.
  5. Monitor AR exposure for your assigned portfolio, ensuring timely payments and minimal delinquency.

Skills

Required

  • 3-5 years of supervisory/lead/management experience in collections or a related field
  • Proven success in leading, motivating, and developing teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong experience in credit and collections, with robust negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Nice to have

  • experience with Netsuite or collections tools (like Tesorio)
