What you'd actually do

  1. Hire & staff the Sales team in the Andean regions (Col and Peru) guaranteeing we build the dream team
  2. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Andean market to maximize revenue potential from key accounts and agencies
  3. Revenue Attainment. Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  4. Collaboration: Work in close collaboration with XFN ams to align strategies and ensure a unified approach to the market. Share insights and best practices to enhance team performance.
  5. Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in the advertising space.
