What you'd actually do

  1. Build and execute a strategic vision for short, medium, and long term growth, identifying areas of opportunity across the managed Agency Holding portfolio
  2. Manage a dedicated team of Sales Partners focused around the specific Agency Group portfolio.
  3. The role will carry its own book of business whilst leading the specific Agency Group team.
  4. Drive Business directed relationship with the C-Level of the main clients of the Agency Holding
  5. Provide critical marketplace and competitive feedback to inform the sales team and internal operations
