Manager, Ads Partner Strategy at Spotify responsible for managing and optimizing advertising partnerships, maximizing revenue through project managing DSP and Partner integrations, account development, product activation, and troubleshooting issues. What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with multiple clients, understanding their business objectives and advertising needs
  2. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Product, Sales, Marketing and Technical Operations) to ensure seamless integrations and activation for all partnerships
  3. Monitor and analyze Partner performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  4. Troubleshoot technical issues and work with internal/external support teams to resolve any challenges
  5. Track and deliver regular reporting of all new and existing partnership status’s and performance to your Senior Manager and broader teams as necessary.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on programmatic buying and DSP management
  • proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing relationships
  • strong understanding of DSP platforms, ad exchanges, and the programmatic ecosystem
  • proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel)
  • excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills
