  4. Present actionable recommendations to inform strategic and operational initiatives
  5. Build strong relationships with leadership and key stakeholders to support solution implementation

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field
  • Experience translating complex or ambiguous business needs into clear, actionable analytics plans and strategic recommendations
  • Experience collaborating across business, analytics, product, engineering, and vendor teams
  • Structured approach to testing, validation, and solution development
  • Clear, compelling communication skills
  • Leadership and coaching capabilities
