  1. Partner with functional and business leaders (e.g., Directors) to understand goals, functional objectives, and key business challenges, translating those needs into analytics-driven hypotheses and research objectives.
  2. Build, lead, and develop an analytics team aligned to business area or category objectives, fostering engagement, performance, and continuous growth.
  3. Own analytics workstreams and projects end-to-end for a business area, category, or prototype, managing scope, execution, and implementation risks.
  4. Develop data models, algorithms, and analytical approaches that drive measurable business value, partnering with project teams to deploy solutions.
  5. Lead proof-of-concept and prototype development, managing the implementation, testing, and validation of production-ready analytics solutions.
