  3. Manage Win The Day (WTD) automation—including hours, volume, and GRT reporting—to ensure alignment between workload and performance dashboards.
  4. Explore emerging technologies, including Generative AI and agentic capabilities, to evolve labor‑mitigation and decision‑support tools.
  5. Lead the migration of 361+ sites into Polaris by August 2026, ensuring seamless cutovers and field‑ready documentation.

  • Strong SQL expertise for data management, automation, and pipeline development.
  • Proven ability to build high‑adoption dashboards and data models in Power BI.
