What you'd actually do

  1. Owns workstreams and individual analytics related projects end-to-end for a business area, category, or prototype.
  2. Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identifying and communicating goals and objectives; building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results; identifying and addressing improvement opportunities; and demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning.
  3. Works with leadership/business partners to discuss and understand goals/functional objectives and key business challenges to develop hypotheses around current and future business issues; identifies functional analytics and research objectives and develops tactical research plans.
  4. Advises on next steps based on objective insights and research.
  5. Presents actionable recommendations to Directors to inform strategic and tactical functional initiatives.

Skills

Required

  • Experience designing and automating dashboards for metrics, supporting critical strategy and decision-making using data ecosystems within Tableau, Power BI and Google Big Query.
  • Experience integrating production databases and performing data analysis using SQL scripting and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with data mining and integration using analytics platforms such as Dataiku, Knime and Python.
  • Experience with statistical programming and analysis in R.
  • Experience performing regression-based analysis, simulation modeling, multivariate analysis and time series forecasting.
  • Experience building optimization models and scenario analysis using linear programming techniques for supply chain network planning.
  • Experience generating, reviewing, and presenting reports to stakeholders using Tableau’s architecture and production ecosystems to report on the health of a supply chain network.
  • Experience building and scaling data pipelines from production databases using SQL, GitHub and Python.
  • Experience optimizing queries in SQL and automating processes using Python scripting.
