What you'd actually do

  1. Own the strategy and operating model for the AI Success Engineering team, ensuring alignment with OpenAI’s objectives and customer needs
  2. Hire, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of AI Success Engineers with strong technical foundations and customer impact
  3. Oversee successful post-sale adoption of OpenAI products across enterprises, digital-native companies, and high-growth organizations
  4. Ensure technical readiness and adoption of advanced OpenAI capabilities, partnering closely with customers on real-world use cases
  5. Represent the voice of the customer to inform product development and commercial strategy
