Manager for CrowdStrike's Corporate Sales channel team, responsible for leading Channel Account Managers (CAMs) to drive revenue growth through the partner ecosystem and align with Corporate Sales objectives. This role focuses on channel strategy execution, team performance management, and collaboration with internal sales and marketing teams.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage and develop a team of Channel Account Managers supporting CrowdStrike's Corporate Sales organization
  2. Execute channel strategies aligned with Corporate Sales objectives and company-wide partner initiatives
  3. Monitor and manage team performance metrics, including partner-sourced revenue and partner engagement
  4. Ensure effective collaboration between CAMs and Corporate Sales teams
  5. Provide regular coaching and mentoring to CAMs to drive quota achievement and professional development

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of channel sales experience in cybersecurity or related technology field
  • 2+ years of people management experience, preferably in a channel organization
  • Experience working with inside sales teams and understanding of inside sales motions
  • Proven track record of team leadership and performance management
  • Strong understanding of channel dynamics and partner relationships
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding team revenue targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
