Manager, Associate Experience

This role focuses on driving strategy and execution of initiatives to build and strengthen culture, diversity, inclusion, and belonging within a tech hub. It involves shaping the associate experience through programs, events, communication, and community building, as well as leading enablement efforts and managing strategic priorities. The role partners across teams to design and deliver a cohesive associate experience and oversees community investment initiatives.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and lead the associate engagement strategy, with focus on building culture, fostering inclusion, and strengthening associate connection.
  2. Directly support the Mexico Leadership Team in all associate engagement related activities, including office culture, recognition, events, celebrations, and site visits.
  3. Design and execute end-to-end associate experience programs that drive engagement and sense of belonging.
  4. In conjunction with HR, lead engagement action plans based on associate feedback, ensuring measurable impact.
  5. Oversee the strategy and execution of internal events and experiences, ensuring they are purposeful, scalable, and aligned with business priorities.

What the JD emphasized
