Seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Platform expert to build and manage audience segments for omnichannel campaigns, overseeing a team of Adobe Audience builders. Requires strong understanding of AEP, FAC, data management, segmentation, and audience activation, with experience in marketing technology stacks and customer data strategies.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build cross channel customer segmentation using Adobe Experience Platform across channels such as digital, app, email, direct mail, SMS and other channels working within the tool to create customer and prospect journeys that will be engaged at multiple touchpoints
  2. Work across multiple teams at Chennai and Comcast HQ to vet and finalize requirements, build segments, monitor results, and continuously optimize efforts
  3. Serve as a partner and resource for Campaign Operations build functions, and data accuracy across Chennai and Comcast HQ and field counterparts
  4. Works collaboratively with MarTech partners on technical requirements to support new needs and enhancements
  5. Develops standardized targeting as needed to support the business needs and drive results
