Manager responsible for designing, governing, and enabling facilities-related business continuity and emergency preparedness programs across a global portfolio of approximately 110 locations. This role ensures sites are prepared, resilient, and capable of responding to disruptive events impacting facilities, infrastructure, or workplace operations. It involves defining frameworks, establishing response standards, conducting drills, supporting crisis response, and providing readiness metrics.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and maintain the FM BCP and Emergency Preparedness framework, aligned with enterprise BCM standards.
  2. Ensure facilities‑related risks (infrastructure failure, utilities disruption, site access issues) are addressed in continuity plans.
  3. Establish emergency response standards, playbooks, and site readiness requirements.
  4. Partner with regional FM and site teams to conduct drills, exercises, and readiness assessments.
  5. Support crisis response during events, providing structured escalation and decision support.
