What you'd actually do

  1. Lead end-to-end Billing Operations across Self-Serve, Managed Serve, and 3P billing, ensuring clear ownership, consistent execution, and alignment across all billing lanes.
  2. Oversee the dispute resolution process to ensure disputes are reviewed, prioritized, resolved, and closed within established SLAs.
  3. Serve as the cross-functional escalation leader for billing issues involving customers, systems, contracts, platforms, internal teams, or third-party partners.
  4. Define, monitor, and improve Billing Operations KPIs, including billing accuracy, invoice timeliness, SLA adherence, dispute aging, backlog, credit activity, revenue leakage, and cash-cycle impact.
  5. Lead process improvement initiatives that reduce rework, improve accuracy, strengthen controls, automate workflows, and scale Billing Operations.
