What you'd actually do

  1. Build and manage relationships with top global universities, research labs, and PhD programs.
  2. Identify and engage with faculty, research labs, doctoral committees, and innovation centers.
  3. Develop strategic partnerships with universities for research collaborations, fellowships, and talent pipelines.
  4. Represent the organization at academic conferences, university events, and research forums.
  5. Position the company as a leading destination for research and deep-tech careers.

Skills

Required

  • Master’s/PhD degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 6–8 years of experience in brand marketing, employer branding, campus relations, or academic partnerships.
  • Experience working with universities, research communities, or higher education ecosystems.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Should be willing to travel as needed.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing global partnerships or multi-region programs is a plus.
  • Exposure to PhD or research talent ecosystems.
  • Experience in technology, research institutions, AI/ML, or deep-tech environments.
  • Familiarity with academic conferences, research publications, and scholarly networks.
  • Ability to translate complex research into compelling brand narratives.
