  1. Serve as a business partner and key collaborator to Indonesian content and marketing executives.
  2. Provide clear, actionable, and strategic business and legal affairs advice.
  3. Deal structuring and contract drafting and negotiation in Bahasa Indonesia, with a focus on content licensing and acquisition, and on original content development and production
  4. Conduct industry and territory-specific research
  5. Work cross-functionally to maintain alignment between departments

Skills

Required

  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written)
  • Experience advising on business and legal issues in the entertainment, media, and/or intellectual property industries
  • Experience drafting and negotiating contracts in the film or television industry in Indonesia
