What you'd actually do

  1. Lead your team to meet or exceed quotas and KPIs (calls, emails, steps completed, conversion rates, etc.) while executing against operating plans and sales objectives.
  2. Deliver data-driven insights in QBRs across inbound and outbound motions—segmented by campaign, use case, and business segment—to shape strategy and improve execution.
  3. Build and foster a winning team culture rooted in collaboration, continuous learning, and consistent performance.
  4. Develop and deliver outbound use case enablement in collaboration with Product Marketing, Solution Engineers, and Digital Sales.
  5. Champion the MEDDPICC sales philosophy and embed it into daily execution.

Skills

  • CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
