  3. Ensure opportunities being generated by BDRs are of the highest quality and will survive through to booking
  4. Drive performance against individual targets for team members, conduct ongoing regular mentoring & performance evaluations
  5. Drive the use of a variety of channels such as AI, social media, internet, web-based tools & outbound calling for pipeline generation
