What you'd actually do

  1. Manage the high volume of inbound licensing proposals for the regions. Act as the first point of assessment to decide which ideas should be explored, paused, or declined based on strategic fit and commercial potential.
  2. Translate creative concepts into data-backed business cases. You will build rationales including market sizing, attendance projections, revenue potential, and risk/return analysis.
  3. Work closely with the Director on negotiation strategy and term sheet development. Ensure alignment across Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Content teams to drive priority deals forward.
  4. Step in as a decision-making proxy when needed on day-to-day matters, escalating only the most critical or high-impact questions.
  5. Proactively identify and build “warm” relationships with leading and emerging players in location-based entertainment, live experiences, and immersive formats.
