This role is a Manager, Business Program Management for Sales Excellence within Google Cloud. The primary focus is on transforming Go To Market Sales teams to drive business value realization through consumption excellence and scaling field productivity. The role involves leading a team, managing strategic projects, collaborating with cross-functional partners (including product, sales, and engineering), and empowering sellers with data and insights. What you'd actually do

  1. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Program Managers, driving the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects aligned with top consumption priorities.
  2. Manage a portfolio of strategic projects specifically designed to shift sales behaviors toward consumption and revenue value realization.
  3. Communicate effectively with executive clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional team members to ensure alignment on program goals and deliverables.
  4. Identify, track, and mitigate program risks and operational bottlenecks that could impact consumption business goals.
  5. Leverage business acumen and investigative insights to guide decision-making, solve complex field problems, and optimize sales processes.
