What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and manage capital‑related operations, ensuring effective planning, execution, and oversight of assigned processes.
  2. Supervise, coach, and develop a team responsible for capital transactions, assets, or programs.
  3. Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and applicable regulatory or audit requirements.
  4. Partner with Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to support capital strategy and execution.
  5. Monitor key performance indicators and capital metrics to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 6–8 years of progressive experience in capital operations, commercial operations, finance, or related business functions.
  • Prior people‑management experience, including coaching and performance management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex processes and drive cross‑functional alignment.
  • English (required).

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent).
  • Experience in a regulated industry such as medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences.
  • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or capital asset management systems.
  • Experience supporting capital equipment, asset lifecycle management, or large‑scale investments.
  • Experience leading continuous improvement or operational excellence initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with experience using data to inform decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
  • Finance, operations, or project management certifications (preferred).
