What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate with the Division Capture Managers to ensure adherence to Business Acquisition Process, capture approach, team staffing, and roles and responsibilities
  2. Develop efficient and effective capture execution plans in response to complex solicitations from U.S. Government and other customers
  3. Lead collaborative, engaged teams to develop, review, and submit proposals that effectively represent our strategy and baseline while eliminating non-compliances and limiting weaknesses
  4. Responsible for mentoring, coaching, and training a capture teams across the sector
  5. Team player with strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; ability to present concepts and recommendations to all levels within the organization.
