What you'd actually do

  1. Manage a high growth business across several categories of Private Brands.
  2. Help launch new customer-led products and innovation with urgency.
  3. Develop and execute sounds strategies across marketing, product and supply chain to support this growth while managing inventory/financial risk for Chewy.
  4. Own the P&L and drive toward sales and profit targets on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
  5. Strong ability to manage multiple timelines, collaborate productively across cross-functional teams with a focus on long term growth and scale.

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years in category management, account management, product management, financial analysis and/or marketing in a retail organization
  • 8+ years negotiation experience
  • Manager experience of a small team
  • Strong in Excel
  • demonstrated excellent business judgment
  • strong written and oral communication skills
  • ability to use both formal and informal influencing skills across Chewy’s cross-matrix organization is critical to success
