Manager - Client Experience / Human-ai Interaction Designer - Finance Operate

This role focuses on designing the user experience and interaction patterns for an AI-driven Finance Operate Platform, specifically translating agentic AI capabilities into intuitive interfaces for users to review and approve automated actions. The primary output is the design of these interfaces and workflows, not the AI models themselves.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead end-to-end UX and interaction design for Offering delivery portal and Finance Operate Platform interfaces, including practitioner dashboards, exception management flows, SLA visualizations, and client governance views.
  2. Design human-in-the-loop interaction patterns for AI/agentic workflows, ensuring automated actions are transparent, explainable, and easy to review and approve.
  3. Lead the design and execution of platform demos for client engagement, including demo environments, narrative flows, and visual prototypes.
  4. Partner with the AI/Automation Architect and Solution Architect to translate technical capabilities into user-centered designs.
  5. Stay current on emerging trends in AI-native UX, conversational interfaces, and human-in-the-loop design patterns.
