What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the main point of contact for the day-to-day operational needs of productions, ensuring operational and customer service excellence.
  2. Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes for productions to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
  3. Collaborate with Production Services and cross-functional teams to align production activities and ensure cohesive operations.
  4. Support ancillary billing operations using Xytech/Media Pulse to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  5. Coordinate production move-ins and move-outs, and oversee ancillary production needs.
